A practical exploration of teaching & learning inversions in the yoga practice

25 Hour Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Credits, in a nice central location and ample space to invite  for a truly unique yoga training experience, we invite you to experience this continuing yoga program with Patrick Beach.

A journey into the flying side of the Yoga practice.

All of the why’s, why not’s and how to’s necessary for an inversion practice.

In this training you will not only build a new level of comfort in your own inversion practice, but walk away with the tools needed to safely share the joy of going upside down with your students.

We will explore two paths in this training – the path of liberating your own practice through the physical efforts needed to build your inversion practice and a path of manifestation – a study of the ideas, alignment, safety techniques, communication skills, and developing a keen eye for looking at bodies to share this knowledge with others. This training will create a shift in your body, mind, and spirit.


All levels are welcome to join and a previous 200hr certificate is not required, but please come willing to be an active participant.


Accommodations are on individual basis, but Ana Paula has 20 spots in a hostel near by, so contact her directly if you are interested.


Also if you would like to have a healthy and vegetarian menu for lunch for the 3 days of training (week days)

The Power of Push

Finding inner strength helps us persevere through the challenges we face both on and off the mat. In this workshop we will push our physical strength to become physically, and mentally, strong and learn how to apply this to yoga asana arm balances and transitions. This workshop is designed to meet you where you are, you will learn when to modify and how to intensify this series of strengthening movements so you can grow at your own pace.

Creating Coordination in Handstand

Handstand is a pose often filled with mystery and intrigue, and a sense of ever elusiveness to it. Each student has a slightly different path on their way upside down and we will explore many different paths to help you understand how you can find coordination and lightness in your handstand.

Please bring an exploratory mindset to this workshop, the goal of this workshop is to make the journey of going upside down fun and personal!
